session restore dialog behind crash reporter window
If you tell the crash reporter to relaunch Firefox, before it's finished sending its report and disappearing, the restore session dialog comes up behind the crash reporter dialog. This happens consistently and if I move the session restore dialog before using it, the position isn't remembered the next time so it's always behind the crash reporter.

Tested on today's OS X build on 10.5.1
