When I star a page, the star goes one or more pixel up.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to an unstarred page
2. Click on the star icon in the location bar
Actual Results:
The star goes one or more pixel up
Expected Results:
The star should stay at the same place

The gold star has the same position as the RSS icon.
I was seeing this on Vista but it stopped happening when the Vista icons were turned on.

Here is a starPage.png where the star is one pixel up. On aero stars are top-aligned and the gold star on XP too, but not the white star on XP, this image fixes the problem.
