Both users have sufficient access to allow software updates. But when I tried to disable automatic updates, I realised I have to do this for every user. There should be a way to make this setting system-wide. Reproducible: Always

Perhaps something like a prefs.js or user.js that is in the installDir would globally set Preferences for any new or existing Profiles?
This is possible now using policies.
