I think that should (at least first) be implemented as an extension, rather than earn money. Even if it is implemented in Firefox, it should be customizable, and allow several other services than just Google.

Anyway if you can change the url, you can also put some url that doesn't find similar sites, so you should also be able to change the link string, and to add other links. This idea could be applied also to evidenced text.
This should be in an extension.
