Use base background color for item properties in Library.
To explain myself better, in attached screenshot, the color pointed to by the blue arrow, should be the same to the color pointer to by the red arrow.

Just to clarify, by "base background color", you mean the dialog background color, like the background color used in options dialogs, right? The reason I'm asking for this clarification is that in your screenshot, you are pointing to the toolbar, and the toolbar background color isn't necessarily always the same as the dialog background color (although it happens to be so for classic).
If that's what you want, then that ought to be a fairly simple...

This was fixed with bug 428031, sorry about duping to a newer bug, just catching up on the list Andrés sent me now.
