Minimum font size is not populated with its default value of none, see the attached screen shots. Screenshot is on gnome, but this is also the case in Windows. It works correctly on Firefox 2.0.0.12, hence the regression keyword.

Yeah, I see this too with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030604 Minefield/3.0b5pre; might be a bug on this already.
