Mozilla seems to store somewhere its idea of the default "new window" size,
which is good. But when some annoying popup comes up and reduces its window
size, the default window size for new windows should be kept the same (since it
should be the size the user wants it to be).

the description of this bug matches bug 15555 (applying only to pop-up
windows), but the summary might include a javascript function that changes the
size of the current window.
not an enhancement imo, changing to normal.
