Steps to reproduce:
- Load the default startpage: http://www.google.de/firefox?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official
- File -> Save Page as ... -> Web Page complete
- Load the saved Webpage
- Firefox Start Header Image image is missing (see screenshot)
