I have a dual monitor box where my secondary monitor is set at negative coordinates (to the left and lower than the primary monitor). In that monitor, pages with dropdown boxes misbehave because part of the options is outside the viewing area and goes beyond and there are no scrollbars nor anything that allows me to see those options: I have to move the window into the primary monitor in order to see all options.
It seems like firefox always considers the top of the screen as the primary monitor's top.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a dual monitor box and adjust second monitor to have a top offset (top line lower than primary monitor's)
2. open FF and move it to the secondary monitor
3. open a page with a big dropdown box (with many options) when you have the dropdown near the edges of the screen.
Actual Results:
Some of the dropdown options aren't visible because the placement of the options was wrongly chosen
Expected Results:
All of the contents should be visible at first or after using the dropdown options scroll bar
