It would be great if the icon of a downloaded file (or the whole horizontal bar representing the file) in the Manager would act as an alias for the file instead of just an image. The icon could then be dragged to another application and the file manipulated by that application. Eg, dragging into an editor opens the file there or file manager moves the file to that directory.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the download manager after a file has finished downloading.
2. Click to drag the file around
3.
Actual Results:
Nothing!
Expected Results:
A file representation acts like a file.
I love the mozilla team!
