Page-icon button and search-engine dropdown button have 2px top and bottom borders in Luna Element Black theme for Windows XP. No such visual defect was noted in Firefox 2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have Luna Element Black for your Windows XP theme.
2. Use Firefox 3.
Actual Results:  
Looked ugly as described.

Expected Results:  
Should be a 1px border all around the buttons, not 2px on the top and bottom borders.
