The current notification bar colors don't fit with platform colors.

Suggestions for revised coloring to come.  Possibly draw them from the Tango Icon Theme Guidelines?

I'm not all that confident in the fail-level notification yellow -- it still seems too bright.  Better suggestions more than welcome!

We're using InfoBackground. That's the correct platform color.

The colour values for the "Info" square in that attachment seem a bit off.

Setting to wontfix since we can't really use hard coded colors given the wide range of available linux themes.
