See testcase, on print preview, the borders of the first 4 blocks don't render well at all, leaving most of the borders out. While scrolling some parts may reappear.
Note that on branch, nothing seems to show up at all on print preview, so thing are actually better on trunk.
Also, the dotted and dashed border cases have a small painting problem at the corners, but that's not highly visible.

i can only reproduced that if i use print preview scale set less than 100%.
