Firefox: 50.0a1, Build ID: 20160627030215 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 It seems that the provided link is no longer available, so I have tested this issue with the latest Firefox (47.0) release and latest Nightly (50.0a1) build using another website (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page). I have followed your provided steps but the mouse cursor and the links didn't blink. Is this still reproducible on your end ? If yes, can you please retest this using latest Firefox release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results ?
