When I run Firefox on my Apple, with 2 screens, the tooltip always appears in the 'main'-screen, regardless in which screen firefox is running.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox in MacOsX, with 2 screens
2. Move the firefox screen to the secundairy screen
3. Hover above any link with a tooltip
Actual Results:
Tooltip will not be displayed in the 2nd screen
Expected Results:
Tooltip should be displayed near the mouse-pointer

Won't be fixed in Firefox 2.x I'm afraid... see bug 314279 comment 38.
