The documentation section of Bugzilla is getting rearranged to make it possible to localize the docs.  The short version is everything in bugzilla/docs/xml and bugzilla/docs/images are getting moved to bugzilla/docs/en/xml and bugzilla/docs/en/images respectively.  The stylesheet for the POD docs is getting moved out to the root level since it's not language-specific.

Special instructions:
  This was already attempted once via CVS deletes and re-adds because the committer was unaware that we had a way to copy the history on the server.  Last night's backup of mozilla/webtools/bugzilla has been restored to /root/bugzillatemp on dm-cvs01.  The copy script needs to be run inside that restored backup, then the contents of docs/en and docs/style.css rsynced overtop of their equivalent files in the production repository.
