A clean Mac trunk Thunderbird debug build outputs the following on shutdown:

While developing tests for bug 217034, I came across this warning. So I put it into the attached test case. This is not a true xpcshell test, because it passes the test but you can see the shutdown warning in the log. Tested on Windows 2000.

Apparently the situation in comment #0 only occurs if the Account Wizard was open during the Thunderbird session.
