When I press Cmd-T and system working in Russian layout nothing happen. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Switch to Russian (Cmd-Space) 2.Press Cmd-T 3.Press Cmd-R 4. But Cmd-+ working in Russian layout Two days ago before update this problem didn't appears.
That's probably the same problem as bug 427797 and will be fixed by bug 359638.
