Steps to reproduce: 1. Open testcase 2. Select a chunk of the first line 3. Ctrl-P to print 4. Select "Print Selection" (in FF2, choose "Selection" under "Print Range") (in FF3 under Linux, choose the "Options" tab, and check "Print Selection Only") 5. Go ahead and print (either to file or to a real printer) ACTUAL RESULTS: The whole first line prints. EXPECTED RESULTS: Just the selected portion of the first line should print. FF2 shows expected results, so this is a regression.

If this bug 428111 is a regression and the patch in Bug 67296 (specifically attachment 25930 [details] [diff] [review]) was never backed out, how can the patch in Bug 67296 possibly fix this? Or, was it never applied?

FWIW, I just retested this in a recent nightly, and I can confirm that it's still broken. Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110220 Firefox/4.0b12pre And I also don't understand why Hb marked bug 67296 as a dupe. This bug here regressed after Firefox 2 (per comment 0), which is *long* after bug 67296 was filed. And though they're both print-selection-related, they're about different things being broken. Un-marking as dupe.
