Spurred on from Bug 383183#c142 I think it strange and confusing for the user to see "which is run by unknown" on sites such as bugzilla. I visited the bugzilla page with IE and it just omits the owner name altogether.
Bug 429021 was filed by the commenter. This seems like a dupe of that.
