Now scroll down movement reduces font size. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open any page with text 2. zoom using Ctrl+scroll wheel down 3. Actual Results: font size is reduced Expected Results: the stable version and early betas had it that font size is increased.
Yes, this was intentional. See Bug 141476.
