Probably won't block, but doing my due diligence anyhow. See the last paragraph in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=430486#c13. Summary: "Clear List" button should be disabled when we don't find search results and have an active download Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have an in-progress download. 2. Search for something you know won't match 3. Look at the "Clear List" button Expected Results: It should be disabled Actual Results: "Clear List" is still enabled in-litmus+: https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=5285
