Moving EULA to v3.0 for Firefox 3. I'll attach XHTML and plaintext versions of the document here. Please note as per bug 431075 that we needn't use ALL CAPS for emphasis, but can instead use boldface.

Yes, we need the EULA to be online before we ship it. Both here and wherever we put it to be fetched as part of the major update offer.

Swapped to the uppercase version for the in-product EULA since the boldface version wasn't showing the bold. Sending en-US/firefox/3.0/eula/index.html Transmitting file data . Committed revision 14203.

Question: In all prior EULAs, we've had "MOZILLA CORPORATION" at the very top. In the version you attached, you do not have this. Is that a purposeful change or just an oversight as compared to prior EULAs?

There's no material significance to the change. What's important is the entity in the license grant, which is MOCO.

This file renders inconsistently. There's ALL CAPS for the first bit, but in section 6 and 7 it's boldface.
