We should remove JEP from Mozilla 2. It won't work without the XPCOM plugin API, LiveConnect, and OJI.

Since this really has nothing to do with Widget:Cocoa, moving to Plug-ins.

I don't like the idea of trunk being Javaless until Apple or Sun comes up with a replacement for JEP. I'm worried that this will limit our ability to ship off of trunk quickly, make it hard to track down regressions that affect sites using Java, and discourage users from testing trunk builds.
