Details
Cmd+Opt+foo always send unCapsLocked charCode. The code of this bug was in the obsolete patch of bug 432389. But that was dropped. This should be minor issue. But this is really a bug.
On attachment 316954 [details], you can see Cmd+Opt+foo doesn't send CapsLocked char.
