I browsing through a forum (with lots of photos) , and I used the "re-pagination" addon to see about 100 pages. While doing this FF was consuming ~1.8 GB of Ram and finally crashed. I have the screen shot of process explorer reporting that the "private bytes" is 1.8 GB (not sure how to post SS).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any website and load a lot of Pages.
2.
3.
This is the fault of that extensions, not Firefox, and Windows will have issues rather easily no matter how you manage to rack up that much memory usage.

(to post a screenshot, use "add an attachement" above after posting, though you don't need to for this)
See my comment in Bug 457234 [Enormous, reproducible memory consumption (eventually reaches 2GB) before crashing] -- my FF3.02 just crashed with no addons enabled, using 2GB of memory.
Let's chase down the memory leak (e.g. in bug 457234), not one of the hundreds of crashes that can result from running out of memory (but see bug 427099).
