If you close Firefox 3 there appears a very helpful dialog which allows you to save all open tabs. This dialog doesn't appear if the "Downloads" window is open.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Open download window (for example by starting a download)
3. Close Firefox
Actual Results:
A message appears which warns the user that all tabs will be closed.
Expected Results:
The dialog which allows you to save the tabs should appear instead.
