Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. thunderbird, should allow accounts to be rearranged from within Tools>Account settings. i understand that dragging accounts in the account cental can cause problems (folders getting mixed up), so i would think that it is safer to have users rearrange the accounts from within the account settings. something like "move up" or "move down" perhaps.
