Especially when you use localization packages (we use germzilla), it is very inconvenient (and bad for user acceptance), when the status and resolution names are different (i.e. the english defaults) than they are using the GUI. I would really like to see this fixed, as it quite annoys our users. As I don't know any workaround, I leave the severity "normal".
