The Accept Button does not turn BLUE after you scroll down the EULA on FF3.
Actual Result observed: None of the buttons on the bottom of the latest EULA get focus.
Expected result: The 3D Accept button turns blue- gets focus after user scrolls down to bottom of EULA
Steps to recreate this bug:
1 download FF3
2. install onto your Hard drive
3 when the EULA notice appears. scroll down to the bottom
4. Notice - the Accept button does NOT gain focus
need to check on Windows and linux

In Windows latest installer, you must first check "I accept the terms in License Agreement", so your suggestion is useless in this case. I don't know if this behaviour is different for Mac installer.
Can somebody create a Mac installer from the latest svn check and test it?
PS: are you a Mozilla developer? If not, you shouldn't edit target milestone, so please reset it.

Bug 462254 removes the EULA from the DMG as of Firefox 3.0.5, so this is no longer a problem.
