BuildID: 2000061311
If I uncheck automaticall load images then there is no image button on the bar
to load the images.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit -> Prefs -> Advanced -> cookies and images -> do not load any images
2. go to any web site with images
3.
Actual Results: I saw no images, and to get them I had to go into prefs, check
load images, then reload the page.
Expected Results: There should have been a button on the bar to load images.
Ideally the button should always be there so you could right-click on it to turn
image loading on/off w/o having to go through the menus.

There is a way to load images. It's in the View menu and it's called "Show
Images." This command does not belong on the toolbar because it's not commonly
needed. Most users don't turn off automatic image loading, so to put a button
on the toolbar for those that do does not make sense.
If you want a faster means to load images than the View menu command, I suggest
you argue for an easily accessible keyboard command to accompany the menu item.
