Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; nl; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; nl; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 After opening a 'browse'-button (to upload a photo), I created a new instance of FireFox.exe (just doubleclicked the icon in the quickstart, next to the START-button). With the browse-dialog open (in the other instance), the new instance is running, but without any buttons in the toolbar and I cannot browse or enter an URL. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Goto a website to upload anything. For example: http://imageshack.us/ 2. Press the BROWSE button (and don't do anything else) 3. Create a new instance by clicking on the FireFox icon in the Windows quickstart Actual Results: Now, the new instance is created, but without ANY functions and it is not working (cannot browse, no toolbar, no buttons, etc). Expected Results: Just a new FireFox.exe instance to browse I used the default FireFox theme. While using my notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium .
This should be fixed in Firefox 3 http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-rc.html It will not be fixed for Firefox 2.x which only takes security fixes at this point.
