As you hover mouse down to select a child menu item, the child menu disappears. Try it again and sometimes it works but most of the time it bugs out. I have found myself going back up to the parent menu item many times to get the child menu to show, hover down with mouse over and sometimes I can get them to stay but most often the entire child menu disappears. Anyone using Firefox 3 will be able to duplicate this error on the site I have provided. It works perfectly in Firefox 2. Reproducible: Sometimes

Tested on Windows XP and Vista, I couldn't find a clear regression range for this. It seems a gradual change with more causes. But testing builds before and after the check-in of Bug 396099, the percentage failures seemed higher after Bug 396099.
