User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; Windows-Media-Player/10.00.00.3990; .NET CLR 2.0.50727) Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.14 (20080421) When composing a new message, Message Compose warning/radio pops up, warning of improper character encoding ("The message you composed contains characters..."). Selection buttons appear, offering "Send in UTF-8," "Cancel," and "Send anyway" options, that are all disregarded. Pop up returns several minutes after being dismissed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Compose window 2. Start composing message 3. Take more than 5 minutes to compose message Pop-up window should only appear after message is Sent.
