Jim, I am running Java Version 6, Update 6 which is the latest from Sun. I am using Vista 64 bit with Firefox 3 and I was not able to reproduce for any of the games on the above site. Try updating to version 6, update 6 and see if that fixes the problem.

This is occurring for lots of users on support.mozilla.com after upgrading to Firefox 3, even after uninstalling Java and re-installing the latest version from www.java.com.

I encountered this crash on a computer with Firefox 3.0.3 running on Windows Vista. this is the crash report: http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/feefd654-900b-11dd-83f9-001cc45a2c28 The issue appears to have been caused by the presence of an old release candidate of Java, 1.0.6_rc, if I recall correctly. The issue has subsided or been completely resolved by the removal of all updates in the 1.6.0 version of Java prior to 1.6.0_06 and 1.6.0_07.
