The support forum (and perhaps other places) asks for a list of extensions (and plugins?). It would be really useful - fast for users, and handy for Mozillians - to autocomplete these fields wherever we ask for them, if the user filing is using Firefox. E.g. Go to http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum.php?locale=en-US&forumId=1&openpost=1 Actual results: Offered text-area to input extensions. Expected results: Autocompleted list of installed extensions.
We are unlikely to implement a custom form filler strictly for this site, since it would require changes to Firefox's form filler code, it can't be done by the website alone. On the other hand, bug 367596 tracks the request for an easy support function that could be added to firefox which would list all the information that might be relevant in a simple text page that would be easy to copy-paste into support forms like this one, so while it is not strictly a duplicate of the request there, I'm going to mark it as a dup for the purposes of getting a resolution to your concern.
