When zooming site also the scrollbar zooms

that only happens when I use non default theme

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install random theme. (ie. greyModern2 for firefox 3, http://www.gnuman.ru/graymodern2/download/graymodern2-0.3.2.xpi )
2. apply it
3. zoom in site and observe scrollbars
Actual Results:  
scrollbars are zoomed

Expected Results:  
scrollbars shouldn't be zoomed
