Test case fails for JQuery test suite. Mochitest error output:
 ERROR FAIL | ajax module: $.ajax() - error callbacks | success
 ERROR FAIL | ajax module: $.ajax() - error callbacks | ajaxSuccess

Failed assertion comes from (commented out) line 58 of jquery/test/unit/ajax.js in patch from bug 424813
Fails in Safari as well. 


==Steps to Reproduce==
1. apply patch from bug 424813 to tree
2. Uncomment lines 43 - 76 of dom/tests/mochitest/ajax/jquery/test/unit/ajax.js
3. run mochitest with option --test-path=dom/tests/mochitest/ajax/jquery
4. Tests will fail (sometimes not when just the test_jQuery.html file is run)
