Note: The dialog box does /not/ disappear until I press the first /number/ while holding down the Alt key. Additionally, if the focus is in a text field (including chrome, such as the Location bar) when I click the bookmark star, the focus is returned and the character is entered /there/ after the dialog closes. BTW: I always have Num Lock on -- and I had no problems entering Alt Codes in bookmark names in prior editions of Fx. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click the Bookmark star in the Location bar. 2. Click the star again to edit. 3. Enter an Alt code in one of the fields. Actual Results: Bookmark dialog disappears. Expected Results: The desired special character should display and the dialog box should not close until I click "Done" or "Enter."

Still broken in Firefox 4.0, as well as the latest nightly with a clean profile.
