I'm vouching for Kristjan, based on my review in bug 311773.
Kristjan, please create an ssh key, http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Using_SSH_to_connect_to_CVS#Generating_an_SSH_key says how, and attach the public key to this bug.
And scan a filled out contributor form, http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/, and email it to marcia to speed things, we'll need the snail-mailed physical copy still, though.
