In 4.x, trying to attach to an overloaded anonymous FTP server would bring up an
error message. In seamonkey, *nothing* happens.
tever: bugs like these can only be worked on if we have a reproducible case in
house. Is it possible for you to work on a test FTP server (basically extend
what I wrote for HTTP)? If not let me know, I would try spending some cycles
doing that...

overloaded ftp servers are pretty common, we should consider for PR3 (but don't
want to actually plus until we talk it over).

Reclosing.
This bug is about an error dialog when the FTP server is overloaded and reports
the error back. There is a different bug about when the browser can't connect to
an FTP server in general.
