New locales need to have in-product pages used by Firefox listed here: http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/?project=0&task=Firefox+3+in-product+pages Since web pages are a moving target with content and markup changing over time, Pascal will follow up here with the status quo on that.

I am attaching to this bug an archive of html files to translate for the website. Files to translate are: - index.html files - main.lang file Please also provide the following information in the comments of this bug: - your language spelt in your alphabet like: French -> Français - Two strings for the security page: 9 days of risk 284 days of risk These two strings are used in a chart you can see there: http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/security/ The html markup should not be modified. Thanks

>Should I translate the values which are assigned to $VARIABLE? for example:- >page_title = 'Welcome to Firefox'; Only this one, it will be in the <title></title> tag of the page.
(In reply to comment #3) > >Should I translate the values which are assigned to $VARIABLE? for example:- > >page_title = 'Welcome to Firefox'; > > Only this one, it will be in the <title></title> tag of the page. > Another silly question Should I translate this one? I guess only texts between <p>...</p> $extra_feature = <<<EXTRA_FEATURE <div id="tab-close"><p>Click on the close button on this tab to go to your home page</p></div> EXTRA_FEATURE;
you guessed correctly :)

Some quick questions. for /firefox/central/index.html part. most of service are not in thai, except google docs. I was looked at Mozilla Japan's central page (http://mozilla.jp/firefox/central/), I see some japanese local website there e.g. kakaku.com. Can I suggest some thai specific website to that page? -- it would be such a long like bug 443375 and bug 443378 -- but for now, I will translate the current websites and strings anyway, but, at least, I need to know mozilla selection criteria to put website on central page. I saw no work, learn, play and connect tab on japanese's central page. (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/central/ compare to http://mozilla.jp/firefox/central/) what is criteria for this?
patipat, I just opened bug #447701 so as to propose links.
I just realised that most of url parts are /en-US/, I have to change those to /th/ or not?, I bet I have to :-P.
The translated file is here. I cannot attach this file to bugzilla due to it is quite huge. So please download file at the following location instead. http://labs.opendream.co.th/firefox/th-translated.zip
