Removed hack to make WM_ACTIVATEAPP be WM_ACTIVATE on WinCE Removed hack to make WM_MOUSEACTIVATE be WM_ACTIVATE on WinCE Both of these defines were messing up windows message switch statement, and these three windows messages communicate very different events.
