This test actually needs to be in browser/ since it needs navigator:browser
Looks good otherwise, but please fix that and then I'll make sure it works on my box.

Test updated as a browser one. I have run the chrome version of the test, but after converting it into a browser one I didn't test-run it.

I still want this to be a chrome test, it just needs to live in the browser directory and not in toolkit.
