GetMsgTextFromStream includes the whole base64 encoded attachment in "begin ... end" style, non-MIME messages. I'm not sure how this can be handled. Should we eliminate all text between a "begin" and an "end"? (the Spotlight integration code has just ~20 KB of data, so the "end" might not be there) Should we try to detect base64 encoded data and remove it? Display code seems to handle this fine.
