This is not fixed in the latest nightly. This is a fixed background issue, as choosing a skin without a background is not laggy. I set it to block bug 90108. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to the above url Actual Results: Slow scrolling. Expected Results: Fast scrolling.
