Currently it seems progress listeners aren't properly handled with
multipart xhr (or the listener registered using onuploadprogress is used).
I'll fix this as a part of the patches related to bug 435425.
We may want to do some fix for 1.9.0 too.

In some cases events work ok. I need to figure why not always.

I verified that this does the right thing, but for that I needed few printfs.
To make a good mochitest, I'd need Progress Events, especially load event for
upload.
