After setting up Thunderbird, "{User}\Application Data\Thunderbird" dir is made. Why not move it to "Application Data\Mozilla\Thunderbird" like Firefox does ("Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox")?

The same is for "Local Settings\Application Data". After installing Firefox there exist "Mozilla" dir to which location "Thunderbird" could be moved.

That is actually created on first run of the application and not by the installer... moving over to general for triage. I believe this is a dupe.
