I have three other tests in download manager that trigger NS_ASSERTION for mWindowCreator being missing, too.

That means somehow the download is failing, and it's trying to create an nsIPrompt to let you know.

This may be due to my build config, but I'm not seeing this assertion.
Instead, I get

The code is fault tolerant for not getting that stuff.  Shouldn't be this issue.
