Follow-up to bug 444319.
Firefox doesn't support the -height and -width command line options. Gavin pointed out there is at least some attempt to support them in the code

suggest combining with #20573 per discussion there.
It may be more appropriate to combine this with bug #50201.

No, this is for firefox, that's for seamonkey.
Bug 20573 is not about the height/width parameters.

This seems to be working nowadays actually... for firefox.
