Follow-up to bug 444319. Firefox doesn't support the -height and -width command line options. Gavin pointed out there is at least some attempt to support them in the code http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/browser/components/nsBrowserContentHandler.js&rev=1.49&mark=626-632#621
suggest combining with #20573 per discussion there.
It may be more appropriate to combine this with bug #50201.
No, this is for firefox, that's for seamonkey. Bug 20573 is not about the height/width parameters.
